According to Consob regulations, investing in a platform-offered project requires completion of the Appropriateness Questionnaire, also known as the Appropriateness evaluation. This questionnaire is designed to assess the investor's experience and knowledge level, ensuring they understand the risks associated with the investment offer.
The questionnaire outcome is determined by correctly answering at least 70% of the questions, which is necessary to pass and become eligible for investment. If the investor qualifies for risk profiling, they can proceed with the investment. The answers provided remain valid for one year, after which the questionnaire must be completed again to continue investing.
f the minimum score is not achieved, the investor is informed of the insufficient result and advised against investing due to insufficient financial knowledge. However, the investor is not prevented from proceeding with the investment. The questionnaire can be repeated after 90 days from the last completion.
