Operations

REVESTO, through its website www.revesto.com:

operates with diligence, fairness, and transparency, avoiding any conflicts of interest that may arise in the management of the Portal that could negatively impact the interests of Investors and Offerors, and ensuring equal treatment of recipients of offers who are in identical conditions;

provides Investors with detailed, accurate, clear, non-misleading, and comprehensive information regarding the offer provided by the Offeror, so that they can understand the nature of the investment, the type of financial instruments offered, and the risks associated with them, and make informed investment decisions;

draws the attention of Investors who are not professional investors or other categories of investors indicated in Article 24, paragraph 2 of Consob Regulation 18592/2013 to the need to ensure that investments in high-risk financial activities are adequately proportionate to their financial resources. REVESTO does not disseminate news that is inconsistent with the information published on the Portal and refrains from making recommendations regarding the financial instruments subject to individual offers in order to influence the outcome of adhesions to the same. It also ensures that the information provided through the Portal is up-to-date, accessible for at least twelve months following the closing of offers, and made available to interested parties upon request for a period of five years from the date of the closing of the offer.

The Manager directly performs the verification required by Article 13, paragraph 5-bis of Consob Regulation 18592/2013, without resorting to authorized intermediaries - i.e., Banks entrusted with managing investors' transfers - who would alternatively be required to perform the same verification activity for so-called above-threshold transactions. The Manager, therefore, through a dedicated online questionnaire that is submitted to the Investor during the order of adhesion to the offers, verifies that the Investor has the necessary level of experience and knowledge to understand the essential characteristics and risks associated with the investment. The assessment is based on the information provided by the Investor in accordance with Article 15, paragraph 2, letter b). Such information refers at least to:

the types of services, operations, also carried out through online portals, and financial instruments with which the Investor is familiar;

the nature, volume, and frequency of operations, also carried out through online portals, on financial instruments carried out by the Investor and the period during which these operations have been executed;

the level of education, profession, or if relevant, the previous profession of the Investor.

If the Manager deems the instrument to be inappropriate for the customer, they notify the customer of this situation, also through electronic communication systems.
