1. Register and create your profile for free. By doing so, you will be able to view all the projects available on the platform and detailed information about investment opportunities, allowing you to choose the ones that best suit your needs.

2. Complete your profile and start earning. Upload the required documents and fill out the anti-money laundering forms. Fund your deposit account via bank transfer or credit card, and you'll be ready to start investing with us!

3. Choose your preferred investment. On the dedicated page, you will find all the projects available on the platform. You can choose a project based on how much you want to earn and in what timeframe. For each project, you will have all the documents you need to evaluate the investment that best meets your needs, and you can negotiate the investment terms directly.

4. Monitor your investment. From your personal area, you can track the progress of the projects in which you have invested. At the end of the project, you will receive your earnings (returns) in addition to the return of your invested capital. With this type of crowdfunding (lending), you won't have any additional costs or unforeseen expenses due to the liquidation of company shares (Equity crowdfunding).

What is a Wallet? In your personal area, you will find your Wallet, a digital wallet where you can deposit money and transfer it, instantly and free of charge, to the Wallet of the company that has uploaded the real estate project in which you want to invest. The Wallet is under your exclusive control. On the Wallet, you can track all your investments made and the earnings received.

What guarantees are there for the security of the Wallet? The Wallet management service is provided through Lemon Way, a Payment Institution supervised by the Bank of France, authorized to operate in Italy under the passporting regime and therefore also subject to the supervision of the Bank of Italy.

How do I reload the Wallet on the platform? Via Credit Card or Bank Transfer. When you reload your Wallet via Credit Card, a fee (1.1%) will be applied to each reload, while through Bank Transfer, you will pay a variable fee depending on the contract with your bank. Generally, the process is completed within 48 hours.

What fees are there? REVESTO does not apply direct fees to investors, so the amount you want to invest will be fully transferred to the company proposing the project.

How do I cash out from the platform Wallet? To perform the cash-out procedure, i.e., to transfer money from your Wallet to your own account or prepaid card, you need to have uploaded all the required documents and specify the IBAN to which the capital should be sent.

Is REVESTO a secure company? What guarantees do I have? The payment process is guaranteed by Lemon Way, a Payment Institution supervised by the Bank of France, authorized to operate in Italy under the passporting regime and therefore also subject to the supervision of the Bank of Italy. REVESTO is an authorized Payment Agent by the Bank of France.

The money of our clients is not accessible to the platform or anyone else. The platform only publishes the offers and documents the conclusion of financing agreements, facilitating the conclusion of agreements between the parties and their execution.

REVESTO, through external partners, conducts a thorough economic, tax, and accounting analysis of companies that want to propose a project to investors. In the documents section of each project, you will find the report related to this analysis, specifically prepared for all interested investors.

As for the operational part, the movement of funds is carried out through the payment institution Lemon Way (REVESTO is an authorized payment agent of Lemonway), and the capital is deposited in a digital wallet not accessible to the proposing company of the project until the completion of the fundraising.

For the technical part, each real estate proponent has the option to provide loan insurance or offer guarantees to investors, which will be available in the documents section and in the digitally generated contracts from the platform.

The signed contract, which governs the relationship between the real estate proponent and the investor, is not tied to the final sale of the property. The real estate proponent commits, under contract, to repay the investors the requested capital and accrued interests from the project within the predetermined timeframe. There is a risk of delay in the repayment of capital associated with the progress of the project, which is protected by a penalty that the proponent must pay based on the number of months of delay in the repayment of capital.

It is possible to cancel the investment within 14 days from the date of contract subscription, and receive the entire invested capital back in your wallet without any additional costs. You can request this procedure by sending an email to info@revesto.com.

For individuals residing in Italy, at the maturity of the purpose loan contract indicated in the real estate project, the process entails that the financier will receive the invested capital and the generated returns net of a 26% withholding tax in their wallet at the end of the operation. On the other hand, companies and individuals with tax residence abroad will receive the gross amount to be declared according to the relevant regulations. It is possible to invest multiple times in the same project, and for each investment made, a new contract with specific conditions will be automatically generated, different from the previous one, which summarizes the investment negotiation carried out.

In case two different negotiations are initiated, the sum of the two investments will not be executed, as they are two contracts carried out at different points in time. Consequently, it will be necessary to participate again with an amount greater than the minimum investment of the project, and the negotiation will start from the indicated base and vary based on the newly invested amount.

On October 20, 2020, European Regulation No. 2020/1503 was published with the aim of harmonizing crowdfunding regulations at the European level. In 2022, the deadline for implementing the provisions of the regulation was extended to November 2023, due to some countries, including Italy, being delayed in adoption. You will have the opportunity to invest only the capital available in your wallet. If you wish to invest more after a personalized negotiation, you will need to first reload funds into your wallet and restart the procedure.
