REVESTO provides an Information Document for each offer, which includes:

- The information, as required by Annex 3 of the Consob Regulation and its updates, provided by the Issuer, including any significant new events, material errors, or significant inaccuracies that may affect the investment decision during the offer period, with updates provided to the participants who have accepted the offer.

- Identification details of the bank or other entities that accept and process Orders, as well as the account details as required by Article 17, Paragraph 6 of the Consob Regulation.

- Information and procedures for exercising the right of withdrawal as provided in Article 25, Paragraph 2 of the Consob Regulation.

- Frequency and methods of updating the status of registrations, subscribed amount, and number of members.

- If applicable, indication of any alternative regime for transferring capital quotas of small and medium-sized enterprises in the form of limited liability companies (S.r.l.) in accordance with Article 100-ter, Paragraph 2-bis, of the TUF (Consolidated Law on Finance), and the related choice of regime.

- Where applicable, information on possible listing destinations on regulated markets, multilateral trading systems, or organized trading systems for the financial instruments issued by the Issuer.

The indicated information can also be provided through multimedia techniques.
