Terms-conditions

The present contractual document outlines the Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") for the operation of the website https://www.revesto.com/ (the "Website"), for users (the "User") who wish to access the digital services provided by REVESTO S.r.l. ("REVESTO") and fund projects available on the Website.

Registration

In order to access the digital services provided by REVESTO, User registration on the Website is mandatory; this will enable the User to access their reserved area ("Reserved Area"). Upon completion of the registration process and entering the required data, REVESTO will send a confirmation link for the User's account and username, which allows for identification of the User by REVESTO ("Username"), along with a user-generated alphanumeric password ("Password"); collectively, the "Codes"). The Codes will also be used by the system when the User logs in to the Website using one of the authorized social networks; in this case, the association will be automatically made by the computer system.

Codes

REVESTO staff will only have knowledge of the Username, while the Password will remain unknown. The User is required to keep their Password confidential and for security reasons, should not keep it or write it down together with the Username on the same document or documents kept together. The User is responsible for diligently safeguarding the Codes, keeping them confidential, and not disclosing them to third parties for any reason, and will be liable for their unauthorized use, regardless of how it occurred, including in the event of loss or theft. In case of loss or theft of the Codes, the User may request the blocking of services by notifying REVESTO at the email address info@revesto.com. The use of the aforementioned Codes shall serve as sufficient proof for REVESTO of the User's identification.

Digital services

To access the digital services and fund the Projects available on the Website, the User must accept the framework contract for payment services of the Payment Institution Lemonway SA available on the Website, access the Reserved Area to complete their profile and undergo the so-called "adequate customer verification" required by anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism regulations. By completing the profile and uploading the requested documents in the appropriate section, the User may be authorized by the Payment Institution Lemonway SA to open a payment account, also known as a "personal wallet", necessary for the provision of digital services and the execution of funding operations. The User will not be able to access the services in case of failure to pass the "adequate customer verification" to be carried out by Lemonway. All services provided by REVESTO and Lemonway SA are governed by specific contracts that will be presented to the User and that the User must digitally sign before accessing the services. The Reserved Area may host some of the documents signed by the User.

User's personal data

REVESTO uses appropriate security measures to ensure the confidentiality of the User's personal data. Whenever the User communicates their personal data to REVESTO in order to save them, they will be required to review the relevant privacy policy.
